I've worked with Susan to plan two of our European vacations, both of which were exceptional. She is very articulate, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and responsive. Susan is a great listener, who 'heard' exactly what type of experience I was looking for each time. She then shared options and adjusted her recommendations/options as I responded. The end result were trips that exceeded our high expectations. Susan helped plan flights, luxury transfers, and select the perfect accommodations in each case. With all those parts of the trips so well done, our only concerns were what amazing excursions and experiences we would enjoy each day. I wouldn't have changed a thing. During one trip I called Susan to alter our plans to extend and add a 3 day stay in Iceland, where we were flying through on our way home. Overnight everything was planned perfectly. I could not recommend Susan more highly!
